The Information We Collect, How We Collect It and Why We Collect It

We collect information from you in two ways:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us.
  • Automatically, when you use our Website, we may collect information about your device’s operating system and how you use the site. You can learn more about this in the Automatic Data Collection section below.

The information we collect may include:

  • Information you provide to us, for example:
    • By filling in forms or questionnaires on our Website.
    • Contacting us though our Website, such as when you fill out a form to apply for referral services.
  • Records of our conversations, including email addresses and phone numbers, if you contact us.
  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
  • Your search queries on our Website.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

As you use our Website, we may use technology to automatically collect certain information about your device, your browsing behavior, and patterns using the Website, including:

  • Details of your visits to our Website, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on our Website.
  • Information about your device and internet connection, including your Internet Protocol (“IP”), operating system, and browser type.

The information we collect automatically may sometimes include personal usage details and we may connect it with data collected from our partners. This information is useful because it helps us to improve our Website and provide a better more personalized service. This information helps us:

  • Estimate how many people use our website and how they use it.
  • Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Website according to your interests.
  • Make your searches faster and simpler.
  • Plan future improvements to the Website.
  • Recognize you when you return to our Website.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies (or browser cookies): These are small files stored on your device when you visit our Website. You can choose to disable them in your browser settings, but doing so may limit your access to certain parts of our Website. Unless you have disabled cookies, our system will use them when you visit our Website.
  • Click Tracking: We keep track of where you click, tap, or move your mouse on our Website. This information helps us understand how people use the site, and we use it to improve our services. We only collect your device’s IP address, not your name or other personal information.
  • Google Analytics: We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to understand how often people visit our Website, what pages they visit, and their online activities before coming to our Website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our Website. We do not mix this data with your personal information. Google Analytics places a unique cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit our Website, and only Google can access it. Google has its own data handling rules and you can find more information on how to opt-out of Google Analytics, see https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
